I teach gentle and dynamic vinyasa, as well as yin yoga. My classes include breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness to create a relaxing space. I adapt my sequences to the level and energy of my students, and make sure to offer plenty of modifications to suit various morphologies and physical abilities. I teach in English and French
