ZenPass upholds integrity in every aspect of our community. This means all members, including both users and practitioners, must align with our standards and policies. Should anyone fall short or act against our community ethos, we will take action, which could involve removal from ZenPass. Practitioners are not permitted to solicit ZenPass customers for direct bookings for subsequent sessions outside of our platform. However, they are free to use their websites or other platforms for their services, as long as they do not directly encourage ZenPass customers to bypass our system for future bookings. Any practitioner found contravening this policy by soliciting business away from ZenPass will face removal from our platform. This measure ensures we uphold the trust and safety of our wellness ecosystem for all participants. It is crucial that every interaction within ZenPass is grounded in mutual trust and respect.

Dependability

Navigating the world of holistic wellness can sometimes be daunting, given the vast array of choices and the depth of information available. ZenPass is designed to streamline this process, ensuring you have a seamless experience in finding dependable holistic care. Here's how we uphold our commitment to being a trustworthy service provider in the holistic space:

  • We maintain a high-caliber review system to assure the quality of our practitioners, reinforcing the standards you expect from us.
  • Should any practitioner consistently underperform or breach our guidelines, we take the necessary steps, which could mean parting ways with them to protect the integrity of your experience.
  • Timeliness and effective communication are what we urge our practitioners to uphold, with the expectation of prompt replies to client inquiries.
  • Additionally, we aim for minimal disruptions, advocating for the fulfillment of all scheduled bookings and maintaining a less than 1% cancellation rate among our practitioners, a benchmark we actively supervise.

Openness

We pledge to maintain openness in our actions and communications, engaging with all members of the ZenPass community—partners, practitioners, clients, and staff—with clarity and integrity. We encourage everyone within our network to interact with this same level of openness. In practice, this commitment to transparency is evident:

  • It's important to us that practitioners keep their ZenPass schedules up-to-date, reflecting true availability to streamline the booking experience for clients
  • The pricing structure on ZenPass is designed to be clear and direct, correlating with the specific sessions practitioners provide, thus empowering clients with clear choices.
  • The rates our practitioners offer are aligned across ZenPass, ensuring consistency and fairness in pricing.

Client Feedback and Reviews:

  • ZenPass values the insights clients bring through our review system after sessions. This feedback is crucial for the growth of our practitioners and aids clients facing similar decisions
  • Our review standards are clear: we accept no spam, self-promotion, or offensive content. Only genuine, constructive feedback is permitted, as detailed in our Review Policy
