Practitioner’s Vetting Process
We're dedicated to ensuring ZenPass features only highly skilled professionals known for their expertise and quality care.
At ZenPass, our guiding principles and commitment to being a leading source for holistic wellness shape everything we undertake. We've designed a detailed vetting process with strict quality criteria to select our practitioners, ensuring they align with our values and high standards.
How We Evaluate Our Practitioners: Our thorough evaluation involves three key stages and assesses compliance with the following aspects:
Adherence to ZenPass’s core values
Verification of professional qualifications and credentials
Assessment of communication skills and client engagement
Review of their commitment to their wellness practice
Capability to conduct sessions both online and face-to-face
Evaluation Process:
Stage 1: Initial Introduction
Practitioners apply, providing essential info for our review in the “Apply as a provider” form.
If they meet our minimum standards upon initial review, we'll schedule a 45-minute introduction, either online or in person, to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Our assessment focuses on:
Their expertise and professionalism
Ability to communicate and connect
The environment they provide for clients
We also require:
ID proof
Business documentation, where applicable
Certification of qualifications
DBS checks for those working with minors
Stage 2: Demonstrating Skills
If all criteria from Stage 1 are satisfied, we'll proceed to approve the practitioner's application, start the onboarding process, and launch their profile and sessions on our platform.
If stage 1 criteria aren't met, we'll arrange a test session for an in-person evaluation. The test session will be conducted by our team.
Stage 3: Ongoing Review
In line with our community standards, we continually assess practitioners through client feedback and our internal review system. We also monitor and address any user misconduct, maintaining a safe and respectful platform.
