We’ve got big news. From very soon, ZenPass will officially become Fluum.
A new name, a fresh new look, and a brand that finally matches who we are and what we’re building.

What’s changing with ZenPass becoming Fluum?
We’ve refreshed the brand. That means a new name, new colours and a new identity. But we’re still the same team, same product, same mission.
The story behind ZenPass: how it all started
ZenPass started as a marketplace for holistic wellness. But after thousands of conversations with practitioners, we realised something deeper. Finding new clients wasn’t the real struggle. Running a business, solo, without burning out – that was it.
So we shifted. ZenPass became a business management platform designed for wellness professionals. It was built around three things:

Tech tools like booking systems, automated reminders and client management
A community to support your solo journey
Community spaces with chats and networking events
Practical education to grow your business
Education that actually helps, with masterclasses and resources on running a business
Why we’re changing our name from ZenPass to Fluum
Because we’ve outgrown it. Over time, we started getting more and more freelancers, creatives, and consultants joining. People outside wellness who felt the same pressures and used our platform in the same way.
It made sense. Their work is different, but their needs are the same.
Fluum is our way of opening the door to all of them. It’s a brand that reflects who we serve today and the future we’re building towards.

What does the Fluum update mean for current users?
Here’s what’s staying the same
- You can keep logging in with the same details
- Your profile and settings stay exactly as they are
- All your client data and past messages are safe and unchanged
- Your booking link will still work. We’ll automatically redirect it to the new Fluum link
- Your clients won’t have to do anything. We’ll send them a heads-up about the name change
