What is endometriosis and why do you coach in this field?

Endometriosis (endo) is a chronic condition affecting women and those assigned female at birth predominantly with cells similar to the lining of the womb spotted across the body. Endo has been found on all major organs. It affects 1 in 10 women and has been seen as one of the top 20 most painful conditions.

It's important to have a coach, guide and confidant to speak to about a natural healing route. Not knowing where to start can be super overwhelming and I only wish I had the support of someone.

Do I have to sign up for the initial consultation?

Not at all. If you feel you want to dive directly into a 3 session package or a 6 session package, the initial consultation will be included in these prices. However, if you are uncertain on a large package, I suggest booking an initial call.

What is the different between Way of Balance (3 sessions) and Way of Flow (6 sessions)?

Way of Balance is to starter to begin to support your mind and body for symptom relief within 3 sessions and Way of Flow is more in depth to gaining awareness, clarity and direction and finally integrating the trust you've built in yourself to relieve symptoms

To note: Sessions are client led, however together we will determine your individual needs in the initial call.
