What’s the process?

1. Awareness stage
It begins when you start to discover yourself. You will be able to better understand where you currently are in your journey, what is truly happening within you, what is blocking you from moving forward as well as what limiting beliefs you hold.

2. Clarity stage
This stage is all about becoming very clear on what it is that you want to create in your life. Together, we will work on your belief system and find your own WHY so you can discover your purpose behind your unique desires. This is when you get to a happier and healthier place within yourself.

3. Thriving stage
Now, that we know where you are today and where you want to be, we will create an action plan of the next steps you can take to get there. I will hold you accountable and guide you along the way towards achieving your goals.

What to expect from working with me?

My 1:1 coaching sessions are totally tailored to your own needs and goals. I guide and support you on this journey of becoming who you want to become and going in the direction you want to go. I don’t give you the answers but rather help you discover your unique answers and solutions. I ask questions, often uncomfortable ones that will help you define your blockages, find the core of an issue, identify your big goals and create new positive habits. I believe that transformation is a process and I want my clients to be ready to put the work in even in between sessions. I give homework, provide you with tools, and often ask you to complete some tasks at your own pace and time. I will support you along the way and make sure I am there if you need me, in between sessions as well.

What is a Discovery Call?

The Discovering Call is the very first session we will have together. In our discovery call, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in coaching. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can share your story, and I’ll explain how my coaching process works. Together, we’ll see if we’re a good fit and if my approach aligns with what you need to feel empowered, confident, and connected to yourself. You can expect clarity, support, and a vision for the next steps toward a more fulfilling life.

What is 1:1 Transformative Life Coaching session?

If you’re feeling stuck, struggling with low self-worth, or unsure of your next steps, my life coaching sessions are designed to guide you back to your true self. Whether you are struggling with areas of relationships, career dissatisfaction, the fear of unknown, you will benefit from these sessions by gaining more clarity and exploring what is really happening within you. Together, we will explore your current challenges, uncover the beliefs holding you back, and begin the journey of personal transformation. Through deep self-reflection, you'll learn how to cultivate self-love, build new positive beliefs, and reconnect with your inner confidence. Together, we will create a simple step-by-step plan of your daily habits and activities that will bring you closer to your personal goals. Remember, these sessions are for YOU, we focus on whatever you want to talk about, no matter how much or how little you feel like sharing with me.

You will leave each session with some sort of homework - tools that you can use on your own and in your own time that will help you explore, gain clarity, and find your own answers. My goal is to help you feel empowered, worthy, and aligned with your goals, so you can thrive in every aspect of life.
