With Hypnosis, we can create desired changes in behavior and encourage mental and physical well-being.

How can I be sure I can be hypnotized?

Hypnosis is a natural, though altered, state of mind. You enter some form of hypnotic state at least twice a day, while waking up and while falling asleep, and probably much more often than that, while driving a car, watching TV or daydreaming. Through these activities, you temporarily block out other thoughts and the outside world. Therefore, most people with at least average intelligence and ability to concentrate can enter hypnotic relaxation easily, provided they want to.

Can a hypnotist make me do something I don’t want to do?

You are free to reject or receive any suggestion at any time. All hypnosis is actually “self-hypnosis”, and no hypnotist can make you do something that you really don't want to do, or that is against your values or ethics. You have to want the change, agree with the change, and then hypnosis is an instrument for helping make that change better, faster and permanent.

Will I be asleep or unaware during my session?

No. Hypnosis is not sleep or unconsciousness. It is a comfortable and natural state of highly focused concentration. You can expect to remain fully aware of everything that occurs during your session.

This will never happen. You always have control, and you can always hear what's going on. Hypnosis is nothing but a state of relaxed deep focus. In fact, you cannot be hypnotized to do or say anything that you do not want to experience or reveal.

Can I get "stuck" in the hypnotic state?
A: It is impossible to become stuck in hypnosis. Since you are always in control, you are able to
emerge from the hypnotic state anytime you desire. The number one job of the subconscious mind is to protect you, and it is always alert.

Will I reveal too much when I am hypnotized?

Since you are completely in charge and letting yourself be hypnotized, your own mind determines how much or how little you wish to contribute to a hypnosis session. You can just as freely answer or not answer questions in a hypnotic state, as you do when you are wide-awake.

What is Qigong?

Qigong is an ancient system of knowledge, dating back over 5,000 years, focused on human evolution, and encompassing all aspects of human interest. In China, it is officially recognized as a science of longevity, development, and realization of human potential. With over 3,000 styles, the most well-known in the West is Tai Chi.

There are many styles of Qigong available, main paths are martial, medical, scholarly (maximum human potential) and monk (spiritual) Qigong.

Qigong enhances our innate ability to heal, reduces stress, and promotes longevity, self-acceptance, and the realization of maximum human potential. Regular practice improves muscle tone and flexibility, fosters a sense of free-flowing energy throughout the body, and deepens our connection with both nature and us.

What is White Tiger Qigong?

White Tiger Qigong is a very dynamic form of Taoist Medical Qigong. White Tiger Qigong follows Taoist principles by teaching to move and flow with the 5 Elements of Nature, embody the spirit of animals, and balance Yin & Yang.

While modern medical Qigong focuses on symptomatic treatment, White Tiger Qigong aims at transforming unwanted emotions into new behavioral patterns through conscious movement, breathing and meditation techniques.

White Tiger Medical Qigong Consists of 3 Major Components – Meridian, Organ, and Bone Qigong. The practice of these components activates, frees, and renews energy flow (Qi) in the body. This is done by pulsing acupressure points, wringing out blockages out of meridians (energy pathways) like a towel and squeezing organs like a sponge while removing toxins and unwanted emotions. Dynamic forms and deep stances strengthen muscles and bones, improve circulation into the bones and increase density of bone marrow at the same time.

White Tiger Qigong applies principles of Ancient Chinese Medicine theory and combines it with the concepts of modern sports science. It uses the principles of Kinetic Chains (how segments and joints in the body affect one another) and anatomy to understand movement. It activates the fascia lines in the body by moving the spine and extremities in all directions. It uses nerve, tissue, and joint flossing through gliding and twisting movements within the body’s full range of motion to activate circulation and blood flow.

I will take you through a blend of physical postures, breathwork, and standing Qigong meditation. You will be guided through a flow specifically designed for an area that we will be focusing on in a particular session. If you choose to learn full specific system, I will teach you each individual form during one class. I will offer guidance and adjustments throughout, so that you master confidence and proper execution of all details while combing body, breath, and spirit.
