I am a crystal bowl sound healer and yoga teacher. I have studied and practiced hatha yoga, mindfulness and breathwork for over 10 years. The practice has helped me grow stronger mentally, emotionally and physically. I fell in love with mantras and the magic sound of crystal bowls and decided to be more focused on somatic and sound as a healing practice.
