We will start with breath exercises, cleansing techniques, asana, relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation at the end. In 1o1 sessions we will go from practices that are more focused in flexibility to strength and mobility.

In the beginning of the class, I will ask if there is any injury / health situation that I need to be aware about and the practice will be adjusted considering these conditions.
