Please bring your own mat as they are not provided by the venue/instructor.
Light and comfortable clothing and a bottle of water are strongly advised.

Absolutely, the session is adapted to beginners and seasoned yogis.
I demonstrate poses, offer guidance and variations.
My classes are an open space to be playful and explore freedom of movement.
The importance is to listen to come with an open mind and listen to yourself to explore what nurtures your practice.

What a typical yoga session looks like?

My yoga classes are are Vinyasa-inspired flows. 
Expect playful and creative flows with an opportunity to challenge yourself, room to explore, and restorative postures to seal the practice, leaving you energised, light, and balanced.

Question 4

I have an injury, can I still practice yoga?

Accepted Answer

Please consult your GP before attending the class. Depending on the type of injury, yoga can help you recovering, only do what you feel comfortable doing and don't push yourself too far. I always ask students ahead of the class if there is any injury I need to be aware of as it's important for to know in order to offer modifications. Feel free to come to me privately if preferred.
