What can I expect during a typical session?

I start by putting you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. You’re in control and you remember everything afterwards. In this relaxed state with access to your subconscious mind, we revisit scenes from your life which have everything to do with where your deeper beliefs (which are driving your current problems/behaviours) came from. We are finding the root cause of your problem.

Looking at these scenes through your adult eyes, you can give new meaning to them and let go of any irrational beliefs that you may have formed as a child. After looking over 3 to 5 scenes from your life and working together to understand their meaning for you, I then give your subconscious mind new suggestions, upgrading you with new, helpful, supportive beliefs that are in line with what you want for yourself and your life today.

I make you a powerful, personalized hypnosis recording that you listen to for at least 21 days.

The mind learns through repetition, and by hearing these suggestions every day, you are programming yourself with habits of thought which will lead to the right habits of action.

In session there is a lot of understanding, releasing, re-framing, PARTS work in hypnosis, and inner child healing.

What are the benefits of your sessions?

What could take you months or years in talk therapy, we solve often in just 1 session. Because we're going into your subconscious mind, which holds all the answers. Instead of constantly talking about your problems, we're going INTO your problem to locate the WHY of it, then creating a solution. In just 3 weeks after a session (and listening to your hypnosis recording) you see significant changes in your life. In your emotional state, your beliefs, your daily actions, thought patterns, etc.

How should I prepare for my session?

You can get cozy and comfortable in a private space, even in your bed, though it's good to be a bit propped up, not fully horizontal. Make sure your phone and notifications are off. You're welcome to have water or tissues on hand. We'll chat a bit before we start, we'll practice getting into hypnosis, then we'll start. All you need to do is follow my instructions. Your eyes are closed during the session as you're in hypnosis, but we're talking the whole time. It's nice to be in the comfort of your own space, all you need is to hear my voice and you're good.

Is the session safe for everyone?

Yes! Hypnosis is a completely natural state of the mind and body, that we are all in everyday, we are just doing it more intentionally in session. Hypnosis is a state of focus, concentration, and complete relaxation. When in a hypnotic state, brain waves are in an identical state to when falling asleep or waking up—when the mind is very relaxed. Everyone sleeps; therefore, everyone can be hypnotized. If a person feels safe and comfortable in the environment, hypnosis comes easily.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy Experience?

The RTT Experience is more than just 1 session~ because we are in a container together for 3 weeks. We begin with a one hour intake session, so we can get specific about what we're working on and I can already help you with tools and exercises. 
Then we have the 2-2.5 hour RTT Hypnotherapy session. I make you your personal hypnosis recording live in session, and for the next 21 days you listen to your recording to rewire your subconscious mind (your mind learns through repetition). 
During the 21 days you have my full support and communication. And we have a final follow up call online as well at the end of the 3 weeks.
