How to get there ?

Please DO NOT go to the main Hospice reception, which is directly ahead as you enter the site.
==> Walk to the Mare Street Wing entrance ( on your roght) and to the left of the door you will see a 12 button intercom panel with a Space To Be You plaque above it.

RING NUMBER 10. Press the correct number on the intercom, and I will open the door to you. If someone lets you in, I won't be able to know that you have arrived so it is important that you ring number 10.

Go through the first set of double-doors, then turn immediate left. The door will have a Space To Be You sign.

Walk up the stairs to the first floor.

Enter through the double doors.

Please WAIT IN THE  WAITING ROOM which is directly ahead. DO NOT knock on the treatment room's door.

Please arrive 2/3 minutes before the time of the appointment.

What does the lengh of my treatment includes?

The length of treatment includes consultation and dressing time.

Question 3

What is a consultation and how long does it take ?

Accepted Answer

Consultation usually takes between 2 to 6 minutes. 
You will be asked to fill up a consultation paper on your first appointment, to review your health conditions, past and present and your information like name, address and signature. 
A follow up appointment's consultation is usually quicker as you don't need to fill up a new paper but I will always check with you if anything has changed.

Can I change my treatment last minute ?

I can be flexible. 
For example if you have booked a deep tissue but have sore muscles that day, I can easilly give you a more holistic relaxing massage. 
Every treatment will be adapted to your needs. 
Reflexology, holistic massage, deep tissue massage can easilly be swapped.

Question 5

Can I get aromatherapy if I am pregnant ?

I don't recommend aromatherapy in pregnancy as oils can be toxic to the baby.

Question 6

What happens if I am late ?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, I cannot extend any treatment's time if you are late, therefore, your treatment's time will be reduced.

Question 7

How should I prepare for my session?

- Please make sure to have a shower before your massage. 
- Please do not use any lotions, creams, suncream or any products on your skin prior to your massage.
- If I give you a head massage, your hair will become oily, so it is best not washing your hair before. 
- You don't have to shave your legs !! This is a safe environment, and unless you like your legs smooth all the time, you really don't have to bother for me.
